Last month, my family went on a vacation in Vung Tau. It is a beautiful coastal city. On the first day, my father drove the whole family to the Vung Tau Lighthouse. There, we had a view of the whole city. On the other days, we visited some places of interest such as the Vung Tau sheep field, Tho Trang Park, and Hon Ba. We took a lot of photos together in these places. There was a beach near our hotel, so we also went swimming every afternoon. I loved the trip so much!

I'm going to talk about my father because he has been a major influence in my life. My father was always a good role model for me as I was growing up. He's hard-working, patient and understanding; he's also got a good sense of humour and seems to get on well witheverybody. Hopefully I've inherited some of these traits. I admire my father because I think he brought me and my brothers/sisters up well; he was quite strict but always fair, and he has always been someone I can turn to for advice. I think my father set a good example by working hard and having a positive outlook on life. I remember that he used to leave for work early and come home quite late, but he always made time for me and my brothers/sisters.

Someone I admire is my cousin Laura. She’s five years older than me, so she’s 19 now and she lives in Bristol. She’s very friendly and confident and she’s got long, wavy, brown hair and greeny-brown eyes. She’s medium height, slim and very fit because she’s a dancer. Laura is very busy because she also studies photography at university. She’s a really good photographer and has taken lots of amazing photos of me and my family. Her photos have won a few prizes and last year one of her photos was in an exhibition at an art gallery in London. Laura doesn’t have a lot of free time and she’s also trying to learn German because she wants to go to Germany next year to do a photography course. I think Laura is very hard-working and she deserves to become a professional dancer one day.
