When planning my holiday, I’ll choose to stay at a campsite, mainly because I love being immersed in nature and enjoying outdoor activities. The peaceful environment of a campsite, surrounded by forests and lakes, offers a perfect escape from the bustling city life. Additionally, the cost of camping is significantly lower than staying in a hotel, making it a budget-friendly option. Although the facilities may be more basic, the adventure of cooking over a campfire and sleeping under the stars is worth it. While hotels provide comfort and convenience, the unique experience and tranquility of camping are what I truly seek.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the recent class trip organized to Can Gio, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Firstly, the program was poorly planned. Several activities listed on the itinerary were replaced with less engaging options without prior notice. This left us with considerable free time that was not effectively utilized, resulting in a lack of meaningful experiences. Secondly, the transport arrangements were disappointing. The bus provided was uncomfortable, with broken air conditioning, which made the journey unbearable. Additionally, we had to wait for almost 30 minutes for the drivers to pick us up, causing unnecessary delays and cutting into our already limited activity time.

To avoid such issues in the future, I would like to offer a few suggestions. Firstly, I suggest that the itinerary should be thoroughly planned and confirmed in advance, with clear communication to all participants about any potential changes. Secondly, choose reliable transportation companies that offer comfortable and timely services. I also recommend that you should conduct regular checks on the condition of the vehicles used. I hope these suggestions will be taken into consideration to improve the quality of future trips. Despite the disappointments, I believe that with better planning and organization, these excursions can become enjoyable and memorable experiences for all students.
