    3 cup of sticky rice (normal bowl meal) 3 - 4 chicken thighs (depending on the preferences you can increase or decrease the chicken) 1-2 sausages bar Scallions, five spices flavor, soy sauce, sugar, salt, fish sauce, leeks 1 small bunch of sticky leaves.
    - Step 1: Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, and fried the chicken, flip sides chicken to chicken cooked evenly. Add little boiling water into the bowl on marinated chicken, pour into the pan boil together until the chicken cooked, put on the bowl, let it cool. - Step 2: Add sticky rice on autoclave. Remember to add 1 bunch of sticky rice leaves tied for more fragrant. Sometimes stir sticky rice, add sliced sausage in to autoclave, and mix well. Shredded cool chicken. - Step 3: Chopped scallions add 1 teaspoon oil and place bowl in microwave back 30 seconds until cooked. When sticky rice cooked, stir well. - Step 4: Finally, you ladle this one of stunning Vietnamese Food Recipes on dish with sausage, on the surface, spread shredded chicken meat, sprinkle little oil mixed with scallion oil cooked

    Sweetened Corn (2-3) Milk (1-1,5l) Suger Water (1-1,5l)
    1. Separate corn seeds from core or you can do like this 2. Put corn and water in grinder, grind until well-kneaded 3. Use filter to sort out residue and small thin skin of seed corns 4. Boil to rumble ( abt 20 mins ). Keep stirring to avoid be burned at the bottom of pot. 5. Pour milk in and countine boil in abt 10mins. Add suger as much as you want 6. Finally you have Sweetened Corn Milk. Drink hot or cool is all good

    Bánh bao is a ball-shaped bun containing pork or chicken meat, onions, eggs, mushrooms and vegetables, in Vietnamese cuisine. First, Pour a bag of flour into a mixing bowl. Mix sugar, lemon and water or milk together. The purpose of using lime juice is to make the bun white. Keep about 2 tablespoons of the milk mixture on a side. Pour the remainder into the flour bowl. Knead flour until it forms dough. After about 5 minutes of kneading the dough, add oil and knead it for another minute. Cover the mixing bowl with a cloth or towel. Leave it somewhere that is not cold and let it rise for about 1/2 an hour to 45 minutes. Divide dough into the balls. While waiting for dough to rise, prepare the filling. - Preparing Meat: Mix all the ingredients except sausages and eggs. Divide the meat into the balls. - Assembling: Roll out each dough ball but not too thin. Put a meat ball in the center of dough. Add 2 pieces of sausages and 1 piece of egg. Hold the edges of dough over the filling and start folding it into layers while using the other hand's thumb push down the filling. At the end, twist all the layers to make it stick together. Put the completed bun on a piece of circle paper. - Steaming: Boil 1/2 of water in a bottom layer of steamer at high heat. Arrange buns on the other layers of steamer. Leave space between each bun to make room for it to rise and expand. Steam the buns when water starts boiling. After 15-20 minutes, the buns should be puffed up and they are ready to eat.
